Shipping & Returns.

Orders placed before 2pm ship the same business day and typically arrive in 2–4 business days. Materials are supplied as lyophilised powder and shipped in discreet outer packaging with tracking.

Store on arrival at 2–8°C (36–46°F), protected from light.

Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened vials cannot be returned, as chain of custody and storage conditions can no longer be verified.
